He’s chatting with Matthew Walker, the Founder and Director of the Center for Human Sleep Science. My main takeaway??? Well, if you are having trouble concentrating or getting motivated to work on your biz… start by examining your sleep regime (or more accurately, your LACK of sleep regime). Amazing stuff!
